What is Acts 29?
Acts 29 is a Catholic Ministry for young adults currently led by other young adults. We meet weekly over the summer and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break. High school grads to age 24 years old are invited to join us. We gather to worship the Lord through Eucharistic Adoration and we build fellowship through discussions about topics such as spiritual warfare and why you should bother staying Catholic.
We also play Ultimate Frisbee weekly in June & July. 'Cause God wants us to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically fit.
Why "Acts 29"?
In the Bible, there are 28 chapters of the Acts of the Apostles. As Catholics, we are called to continue the work of the original twelve apostles. This makes us the 29th chapter of Acts. So we got some work to do!
